Start your weekend off right! Enjoy an evening paddling one of the most scenic sections of urban river in the country, followed by some of the best food the area has to offer.
We will start off with an introduction to kayaking, briefly teach the basic strokes, and then launch for a guided paddle on the Charles River. While exploring, your guide will discuss the river's place in Boston and Cambridge history. Upon return to the docks, we will sit down for a barbecue picnic catered by Redbones of Somerville.
Three-Hour Tour meets at our Boston location on Soldier's Field Road. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance so we can order food.
$63 includes guiding, kayak rental, food, and beverages.
Registration & Cancellation Policies for Classes, Trips, and Tours
Full payment is due upon registration for a class, clinic, tour, or trip.
For cancellations received 7 days or more before your scheduled activity, we will issue a refund less a 10% registration fee.
For cancellations received less than 7 days before your scheduled activity, we are unable to offer any refunds.
Participants in all activities will be required to sign a waiver of liability. To save time, you can download this waiver and bring it with you.
Tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather at our option, with a full refund given. No refunds will be offered if we decide to hold the tour.A minimum number of registrants is required for any event to run. If we cancel a trip due to low enrollment, we will provide a full refund.
