Season Trail Pass Policy
Season pass holders receive a 10% discount off the purchase of ski waxes & accessories.
  • Identify yourself as a season passholder when making purchases in order to receive your discount.
  • What are my responsibilities as a Season Trail Pass holder?
  • You must at all times display your Season Trail Pass when you ski at Weston Ski Track. If you are seen skiing without displaying your pass, you will be asked to produce it and display it.
  • If you forget to bring your pass when you come to ski, you must come to the front desk and identify yourself as a season pass holder. We will then issue you a Daily Trail Pass that you must display while you ski. We will only issue 3 of these daily passes before you must pay to replace your season pass.
  • What if I lose my Season Trail Pass?
  • Come to the front desk and identify yourself as a season pass holder and that you have lost your pass. We will replace your Season Trail Pass for a charge of $5.
  • Until your Season Trail Pass is replaced, you must come to the front desk and identify yourself as a season pass holder every time you ski. We will then issue you a Daily Trail Pass that you must display while you ski. You can do this up to three times. After the third time you will be required to pay the $5 replacement fee to access the Track.

    Your credit card number will be held as a deposit.
  • You are responsible for the full replacement cost of all equipment rented from Weston Ski Track and agree to pay for damages and replacement for this equipment other than reasonable wear and tear.
  • Your credit card number will be held as a deposit in case of loss or damage to the equipment.
  • When can I pick up my equipment?
  • Equipment may be picked up on weekdays only beginning Friday, December 5, 2008. Weekend pickup is not allowed unless specifically stated on the ski report; we will post this notification on Friday for the following weekend.
  • What should I know once I get my Season Rental Equipment?
  • You are responsible for the care and maintenance of all rental equipment.
  • Weston Ski Track is not responsible for lost or stolen rental equipment.
  • When do I need to return my equipment?
  • Equipment must be returned in good condition to Weston Ski Track by February 27, 2009. No returns on weekends.
  • Late return fee after 6pm Feb. 27 is $18/day. Your credit card will be charged the retail cost of equipment that is not returned by March 15, 2009.
  • Can I leave my rental equipment at Weston Ski Track?
  • YES! You can store it in the lockers at Weston Ski Track, pending availability. You can choose to leave it in your own locker or a locker you share with other teammates. Just remember to bring your own lock, as Weston Ski Track does not provide them.
  • Weston Ski Track is not responsible for equipment left in or out of lockers. If you choose to share a locker, make sure you trust everyone else who shares that locker.
  • What if I forget to bring my rental equipment when I come to Weston Ski Track?
  • You can purchase a Daily Skate-Ski Rental for $15.75. Please note that availability may be limited.
  • What should I do to care for and keep track of my rental equipment?
  • Learn to clean and wax your skis. Weston Ski Track can give you pointers and offers vendor waxing clinics. These clinics are free with pre-registration. The clinic schedule is on our racing web page.
  • Make sure your equipment is always labeled with your name and team.
  • Store your rental equipment in a ski bag and make sure it is labeled with your name and contact information.
  • Don’t leave your boots, skis or poles unattended.
  • Take it home or store it in one of the lockers at Weston Ski Track. If you chose to store it in a locker, be sure to bring your own lock.
